I am a Managing Associate in the Real Estate team.
I advise on all mainstream aspects of commercial property, with a particular focus on investment and corporate occupier work. I regularly act for a broad range of clients, including developers, investors, banks, private clients, office tenants and restaurant operators
On the investment side, I have a wide range of experience dealing with acquisitions and sales, as well re-financings, the negotiation of leases and all related documentation, and general property management matters. I also have experience acting on lettings to anchor tenants and managing title restructures.
For corporate occupiers, I regularly act for clients acquiring or relocating to new premises, as well in relation to lease renewals and day-to-day property management issues.
Recent experience has included dealing with the lettings and management of a large mixed-use estate and leading two high value leasehold acquisitions and headquarter moves for corporate occupier clients.
Outside of the office, I enjoy swimming, cooking and going on adventures with my two young daughters.
