We deal with queries on all topics, including grievances, disciplinaries, sickness absence, family friendly provisions, performance management and TUPE. We also assist our clients in defending Employment Tribunal claims and dealing with data subject access requests, contract and handbook reviews.
I have joined rockhopper from a top global law firm, where I acted as key employment adviser for a number of household name clients. As well as providing the full complement of day-to-day advice, I have substantial Tribunal experience, advising at all stages of a claim. This experience includes successfully defending (including undertaking the advocacy) in a £200,000+ claim on behalf of each of the 5 named Respondents, in a claim for unfair dismissal, discrimination and whistleblowing.
