My work is focused primarily on advising senior individuals in the financial services sector and elsewhere on the full range of employment law issues, from entry to exit.
Further information on the type of work that I do can be found on the Supporting-Individuals page.
I also advise companies on a wide range of employment law issues, from routine day-to-day advice to providing guidance on complex grievance and disciplinary investigations and multi-jurisdictional policy reviews.
I also advise on FCA regulatory matters.
I particularly enjoy contentious matters and have substantial experience of complex Employment Tribunal litigation. My recent experience involves advising clients in whistleblowing, sexual orientation discrimination and unfair dismissal cases.
I speak French and work frequently with French clients, both those with an established presence in the UK and those who are setting up an office in the UK for the first time.
