I am a CITMA qualified Trade Mark Paralegal based in the Belfast office and responsible for handling the day-to-day management and maintenance of UK, EU and International trade mark and design portfolios for clients that operate in a range of industries, from large corporations to SMEs.

Starting my legal career as a litigation secretary, I gained significant experience in a variety of IP related disciplines and trained to become a Trade Mark Paralegal in 2022 with a focus on trade mark portfolio maintenance, registration and prosecution. In 2023 I qualified from the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys and became a full-time CITMA Paralegal.

I work alongside colleagues in our intellectual property team with trade mark oppositions, cancellations and related settlement negotiations, whilst handling recordals and responses to examination reports.
