I am a CITMA qualified Trade Mark Paralegal based in the Belfast office and responsible for handling the day to day management and maintenance of UK, EU and International trade mark and design portfolios for clients that operate in a range of industries, from large corporations to SMEs.

Starting my legal career as a litigation secretary, I gained significant experience in a variety of IP related disciplines and trained to become a Trade Mark Paralegal in 2022 with a focus on trade mark portfolio maintenance, registration and prosecution. In 2023 I qualified from the Chartered Institute of Trade Mark Attorneys and became a full-time CITMA Paralegal. 

I work alongside colleagues in our Intellectual Property team with trade mark oppositions, cancellations and related settlement negotiations, whilst handling recordals and responses to examination reports.
