I have a broad range of experience advising multinational corporations across different sectors on all manner of employment law issues arising in Hong Kong and across the APAC region, in both advisory and contentious contexts. My advisory work is varied and covers advice in relation to a wide spread of issues including employment structure, discrimination, restrictive covenants, terminations and global mobility matters.
Whilst my focus is on employment law, I also frequently assist corporate clients as well as individuals from around the world with navigating immigration options and issues. I regularly advise corporate clients, both multinationals and startups, on the transfer of personnel to Hong Kong and the Asia Pacific region, and high net worth Individuals on personal immigration matters.
