I am a Senior Employment Lawyer with over 10 years' experience. I spend the majority of my time working closely with clients on secondment, and when not doing that, I advise a wide range of clients on rockhopper's award-winning HR & employment helpline.

I advise my employer clients on every aspect of an employee's life cycle, from hiring to dismissal (and everything in between!). I have considerable experience in managing Employment Tribunal litigation, conducting internal investigations and handling international projects.

My in-house experience while on secondment has given me great insight and understanding of the pressure in-house teams face, enabling me to deliver succinct and commercial advice tailored to each situation.

I have a particular interest in workplace mediation and am an accredited mediator. I have acted as mediator in a number of successful mediations for a variety of clients.

  • Advising on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment issues, including day-to-day employee and organisational matters, Equality Act and discrimination issues, company reorganisations and employment aspects of corporate transactions, including contract and policy drafting
  • Managing complex Employment Tribunal litigation involving claims of discrimination and harassment, victimisation, whistleblowing and unfair dismissal

  • Undertaking UK and international investigations into allegations of discrimination, bullying and harassment
