I have worked with businesses in the creative sectors for two decades. As a born and bred Londoner, I believe the city is not just our capital, but the capital of the creative economy (but I acknowledge my bias!).

I provide the full range of corporate advice to our clients but specialise in M&A. I act for owner managers on the sale of their businesses, as well as UK and international groups on their UK acquisitions. I work with clients across a wide range of sectors but have particular experience of those in advertising, PR, media, entertainment, sport and gaming.

I head up the firm's Race & Ethnicity Group and sit on the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Board.

Mergers & acquisitions

  • Leading the transaction deal team
  • Negotiating sale and purchase agreements and related documents for both buyers and sellers
  • Coordinating with the client's other external advisers on the deal

Advertising & marketing

  • Acting for international agencies on their UK acquisitions
  • Advising founders and owner managers on the growth of their agencies to an eventual exit
  • Helping shareholders to navigate the various different exit opportunities and the types of buyer in the sector

Sports

  • Acting on the acquisition and sale of sports clubs and businesses
  • Advising on a variety of sports related deals, including joint ventures, international transfers and investments
  • Navigating sport specific regulations

Interactive entertainment

  • Advising founders of independent studios on talent retention and incentivisation, as well as on the sale of the studio
  • Acting for investors in the gaming sector
