We also assist our clients in defending Employment Tribunal claims and dealing with data subject access requests, contract and handbook reviews.I have been an employment law solicitor for 20 years, advising, training and representing clients on all aspects of the employment relationship. I have extensive Employment Tribunal experience in hundreds of cases, including high value and complex group litigation. I have practiced employment/HR law in many industry sectors. I first joined Lewis Silkin in 2004 as a member of the core employment team and have also worked on in-house placements as part of the LewisSilkinhouse service. For five years I was also Partner and Head of Employment Law at a firm in the South West before rejoining in 2019.
