I am an England & Wales, and Irish qualified Solicitor and have over 8 years' experience within Intellectual Property.

My experience was mostly gained at an international US firm, in addition to 3 years practicing in Ireland. Throughout my career, I have developed my passion of IP and in particular trade marks.

I advise on matters involving infringement of intellectual property rights, including trade mark infringement, copyright infringement, design right infringement and passing off, clearance of brand names within the UK and EU, enforcing intellectual property rights, including; opposition, cancellation and revocation proceedings at the UK and EU Intellectual Property Offices.
