I joined Lewis Silkin as an Associate in the Employment, Immigration and Reward division.
Prior to joining Lewis Silkin, I worked in the London and Sydney offices of a global legal practice for four and a half years. Before beginning legal practice, I studied law at King’s College London and completed the accelerated legal practice course at BPP. In my spare time, I enjoy theatre, fitness and walks in the countryside.
I advise on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters for employers across a range of sectors on the full life cycle of the employment relationship from recruitment through to termination. I have a particular interest in conducting highly sensitive and time pressured workplace investigations in the professional services sector and this has been a key focus of my work since joining Lewis Silkin. I have also taken an interest in atypical working and employment status and regularly advise employment agencies and employment businesses on the regulatory framework in which they operate. I also have experience acting for employers in the employment tribunal on complex whistleblowing and discrimination claims. I have extensive experience of the employment aspects of corporate transactions and the project management of multi-jurisdictional matters.
