I joined the Rockhopper team in early 2019, having spent four years as joint head of an employment team advising employer clients on all aspects of employment law. Before that I spent several years as an employment solicitor in a niche firm in London. I qualified as a solicitor in 2000, and since then have covered the full range of employment law, advising both employers and employees. I have assisted companies both large and small from a range of industries, including technology, farming, publishing, media, hospitality, retail, engineering, recruitment and many more.
I have acted in a wide range of cases, including unfair dismissal, discrimination, breach of contract and TUPE. I have a particular interest in sickness absence and disability discrimination cases.
