As a rockhopper lawyer, I am on call, by telephone and email, to advise employers from a variety of sectors on whatever HR or employee relations issues they need assistance with.

We deal with queries on all topics, including grievances, disciplinaries, sickness absence, family friendly provisions, performance management and TUPE. We also assist our clients in defending Employment Tribunal claims and dealing with data subject access requests, contract and handbook reviews.

Employment general:
I joined the rockhopper team in November 2022 and started my role with a secondment to an international investment bank. Prior to joining rockhopper I spent 16 years working for two leading national law firms most recently as Legal Director at a Tier 1 ranked team in Manchester.
I have experience of advising on all aspects of employment law including redundancies and reorganisations, employment issues involving reputational risk and senior employee terminations. I am experienced in drafting policies and procedures, drafting and advising on restrictive covenants, contracts of employment and settlement agreements. I have conducted employment litigation both in the Employment Tribunal and High Court injunctions relating to breaches of restrictive covenants.
I am also a Visiting Lecturer at the University of Law.
