Jane DalyAssociate

I am a dual qualified lawyer in both Ireland and England & Wales. I advise clients on commercial disputes across a broad range of sectors, but in particular those in media, entertainment, luxury, retail, hospitality, advertising, marketing and finance.

Prior to joining Lewis Silkin, I trained and qualified at a commercial law firm in Dublin where I gained experience in litigation and alternative dispute resolution, including mediation and arbitration. I have particular experience working in the following types of disputes:

• Breach of contract;

• Financial services;

• Insolvency; and

• Shareholders.

I studied law at University College Cork and spent a year studying international law at the University of Helsinki. I also have a First Class MSc in Management Consulting from Smurfit Business School and have spent time working with a Big Four professional services firm investigating emerging technologies.

Outside of work I enjoy tennis, running and getting involved in various charitable initiatives.
