About

My practice covers advising clients on a wide range of employment matters, both contentious and non-contentious. This includes day-to-day HR matters such as redundancy processes, performance management, grievances and exits. I also have experience drafting employment contracts (including atypical agreements), policies and settlements. I regularly assist clients on cross-boarder matters, including legal project management for small to mid sized international projects, as well obtaining advice locally and assisting with drafting the relevant documentation.

Alongside my practice, I am a member of the firm's Social Mobility strand and enjoy helping the firm support the local community.

Experience

Global mobility

  • I work closely with my international colleagues to advise employers on issues with employees working abroad
  • This includes coordinating advice to consider the best engagement model for employees across different jurisdictions and helping support the practical implementation of alternative employment models
  • I have also spent some time training alongside my Immigration colleagues and therefore can help clients understand the immigration position on certain arrangements both in the UK and internationally
