I am an Associate in the Employment, Immigration and Reward division, advising on all aspects of UK employment law.
My practice covers advising clients on a wide range of employment matters, both contentious and non-contentious. This includes day to day HR matters such as redundancy processes, performance management, grievances and exits. I also have experience drafting employment contracts (including atypical agreements for consultants, agency workers etc), policies and settlements. I regularly assist clients on cross-boarder matters, whether that is obtaining advice locally or assisting with drafting the relevant documentation.
I am a member of Lewis Silkin’s Global Mobility team where I work closely with my international colleagues to advise employers on issues with employees working abroad.
This includes coordinating advice to consider the best engagement model for employees and handling personal requests from employees. I have also spent some time training alongside my Immigration colleagues and therefore can help clients understand the immigration position on certain arrangements both in the UK and Internationally.
Alongside my practice, I am a member of the firm’s Social Mobility strand and enjoy helping the firm support the local community.
