About

I have specialised in employment law for more than 25 years. I am currently a Managing Practice Development Lawyer, having previously been an associate and a partner at the firm. I work as part of a specialist team which helps to keep both colleagues and clients on top of developments in the rapidly changing world of employment law and policy.

I draft publications, prepare updates and training for our clients, research difficult legal points and provide regular training to our large team of employment lawyers. I have two Masters qualifications in law. I also sit part-time as a Judge in the Employment Tribunal, and as a Judge in the Information Rights Tribunal dealing with freedom of information requests and data protection enforcement. When not being a legal geek I can often be found playing the cello and trumpet.
