About

I joined Lewis Silkin as an Employment Associate in 2021 before joining the client training team in 2024. My experience as a solicitor, means that I am able to draw on the many practical issues that I have helped clients navigate when delivering training sessions.

I am also part of Lewis Silkin's investigations team and have conducted several investigations for a wide range of clients. I use this experience to train managers and HR in how to approach and handle sensitive investigations.

I deliver practical and interactive training for managers, HR professionals and in-house legal teams across a range of different industries, both in-person and online.

Employment training

  • Providing training for leaders and managers on respect in the workplace / anti-harassment training to ensure leaders understand the risk of discrimination and how best to avoid and manage issues that arise, and manager training on handling grievances, disciplinaries and performance management
  • Training in all aspects of employment law for HR and Legal teams

Investigations

  • Dealing with sensitive, high profile and complex workplace investigations for clients across a range of sectors on both an open or legally privileged basis
  • Working closely with clients to provide tailored culture reviews & audits (including diversity and inclusion audits) to help them spot risks and protect against future allegations
