I am an Associate in the Employment department. I advise clients (both employers and employees) across a variety of sectors on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law issues.

My expertise includes advising on day-to-day general employment law issues concerning: employment contracts, company policies/handbooks, settlement agreements, sickness absence management, disciplinary procedures and grievance procedures.

In terms of contentious experience, I regularly act for employers in Employment Tribunal litigation (including defending claims for unfair dismissal, discrimination, harassment, and failures to make reasonable adjustments).

I also have experience in dealing with large-scale, international projects including liaising with and instructing international counsel on a range of different projects, coordinating, reviewing and collating the international advice received and placing this into a digestible format for the client.

I am part of the Investigations Group at Lewis Silkin. We assist organisations in carrying out complex and highly sensitive workplace investigations. My expertise in this area includes both carrying out investigations and advising on the findings of them.

Prior to joining Lewis Silkin, I studied Law at the University of Bristol and completed my legal training at a leading global law firm headquartered in London.
