• I advise buyers and sellers on private M&A transactions, including share and asset deals
• I work frequently with overseas buyers, especially those based in North America and the EU, on inbound UK M&A deals, with a particular specialism being advising US PE-backed buyers on cross-border transactions

• I advise several UK venture capital funds on investments ranging from seed funding through to multi-million pound investments, especially in the tech sector
• I also advise companies and founders on their journey along the venture capital funding route

Corporate advisory

• I advise on all aspects of company secretarial and corporate governance matters
• In addition to the experience derived from working with clients over the years, I have hands-on experience from being company secretary to Wales Millennium Centre (Wales' national performing arts centre) since 2013
