I joined the rockhopper and LS In-house team in 2023 and I was seconded to a cyber security company to support their EMEA Employment Law team. Prior to that, I spent 15 years for a multinational information technology and consulting services company, where I qualified as a lawyer and supported the UK&I Employment Law team. I have advised on all aspects of employment and HR issues whilst working with the business to best serve their commercial priorities. I am experienced in drafting policies and procedures, contracts of employment, settlement agreements as well as preparing advice notes for the business with options and risks.

I have two young children and working with the rockhopper team provides me with the flexibility that I need in order to maximise my time with my family whilst also working for a top tier law firm on interesting and varied matters.

Employment

  • Supporting on all aspects of employment law including sickness leave management, dismissal and mutual separation agreements and internal investigations in respective jurisdictions
  • Drafting and advising on the implementation of Leave of Absence policies which are compliant with local legislation and meet the company standards
  • Drafting and advising on updates to internal templates including contracts of employment, settlement agreements and termination letters
  • Reviewing and updating employment contracts and policies across EMEA
  • Supporting the introduction of business activities in new territories across EMEA with the expansion of the workforce into local entities
