About

I work in close collaboration with HR, legal and senior executives to develop strategies and find practical and client-focused solutions to the wide range of issues that arise in the workplace. I've been part of the Lewis Silkin family for many years, joining the firm in 2001 as a trainee solicitor.

I work closely with a large multinational corporation spanning sectors including manufacturing, IT, banking and engineering, operating as its sole UK in-house employment lawyer. I am an experienced employment lawyer advising on a broad range of workplace and data privacy issues. I have handled many complex Tribunal claims seeing them through to trial or resolution, including mediation and have a particular expertise in managing large scale consultation exercises.
