About

I am an experienced employment lawyer, who has worked on both contentious and non-contentious matters, both in-house and in private practice. I am experienced in advising on all areas of employment law and complex Employee Relations issues (including advising unionised employers), drafting, and reviewing contractual and policy documents and Employment Tribunal litigation.

When working in-house, I particularly enjoyed getting to know the client's business and understanding the human element when advising on complex ER / employment law issues, and supporting clients to reach amicable resolutions wherever possible.

I am also an employment law / HR trainer with extensive in-house experience training clients on all areas of employment law, with a particular focus on disciplinary and performance procedures, recruitment, family friendly rights / policies and sickness absence management.

I am currently working in the rockhopper team as a Senior Lawyer and enjoy being able to work with clients from such a broad range of sectors, in such a collaborative way. I originally trained and qualified at Lewis Silkin, following completion of my LPC at the College of Law in London, and after gaining my LLB law degree at the University of Exeter.
