I am currently in the third seat of my training contract (having started as a trainee solicitor in August 2018) sitting with the Dispute Resolution team, focusing on Intellectual Property and Sports. My previous seats have included Corporate and Commercial Disputes.
Throughout my training contract, I have assisted on a wide range of matters, including corporate sales and acquisitions, corporate financing, debt claims, breach of contract claims, trade mark disputes and copyright matters.
I am also a member of the Sports Business and Media & Entertainment sector focus groups.
I first joined Lewis Silkin LLP as a paralegal in November 2015, working across all areas of Property Litigation but took a year out in September 2017 to study the Legal Practice Course at BPP University and travel Southeast Asia.
I studied at the University of Exeter, where I also volunteered with the Exeter University Community Legal Helpdesk, providing support and information to litigants in person.
side of the office, you’ll find me dancing, watching a new film or some form of sport, or trying out the latest brunch hotspot with friends and visiting an art/photography exhibition.
