I am a Senior Associate in the Employment team with over five years' experience guiding clients through testing times at work. I have specific experience and interest in advising senior executives within the financial and professional services sectors. This can bring me right to the heart of a dispute through litigating in the Employment Tribunal, but just as often involves working behind the scenes to negotiate settlements which enable clients to put a contentious situation behind them.
I advise and support individuals through all stages of the cycle of their employment, from reviewing contractual documents at the outset of an exciting new engagement, to handling sensitive disciplinary and grievance situations and, of course, exits when it's time to move on.
My work also includes advising employer clients on the management of day-to-day employment issues.
I am an active member of the Industrial Law Society, in addition to the Employment Lawyers Association.
Outside of work, I am a primary school governor and a listening volunteer at the LGBT+ charity, Switchboard.
