I am a Senior Associate in the Employment, Immigration and Reward division at Lewis Silkin. I advise employees, partners and employers on a range of both contentious and non-contentious employment matters. I have specific experience and interest in advising senior executives within the financial and professional services sectors.
I advise on both Employment Tribunal litigation and High Court claims, including complex high-value team move disputes. I am also regularly engaged in dispute resolution through mediation. I have broad experience drafting and advising on various types of employment and partnership documentation, including partnership deeds, service agreements, employment contracts and settlement agreements.
Individuals
I assist clients in navigating exit negotiations, settlement agreements and pursuing claims in the Employment Tribunal and High Court. This includes issues such as discrimination, whistleblowing and redundancy. I also advise individuals at the start of a new employment relationship on their terms and conditions. I have particular experience advising individuals in financial services within LLP structures and in the law firm context.
Outside of work, I am a primary school governor and a listening volunteer at the LGBT charity, Switchboard.
