As a rockhopper lawyer, I am on call, by telephone and email, to advise employers from a variety of sectors on whatever HR or employee relations issues they need assistance with.
We deal with queries on all topics, including grievances, disciplinaries, sickness absence, family friendly provisions, performance management and TUPE. We also assist our clients in defending Employment Tribunal claims and dealing with data subject access requests, contract and handbook reviews.
I joined Lewis Silkin in 2000 as a member of the core employment team, including time as a partner. Whilst there, I gained experience acting for employers and employees alike in all aspects of employment related matters from the start of the employment relationship to the end, including discrimination and family friendly issues, cross-border employment issues, data protection, individual and collective redundancy exercises and TUPE transfers.
I moved to rockhopper in 2015, after spending a number of years practicing employment law abroad and sitting as a Chair of the local Employment Tribunal. I live in the beautiful Occitanie region of southern France and work remotely from my home office, close to the Canal du Midi and the Pyrenees.
