I have a particular interest in advising on disputes which involve team moves, breaches of employment and partnership agreements, the appropriation of confidential information and the applicability of restrictive covenants. I frequently act for clients on such matters – often for the purposes of bringing or defending injunction proceedings - in the High Court and through Arbitration. I have significant experience in advising clients in the financial services, technology and built-environment sectors.

I also work with multi-national companies to meet their day-to-day employment law needs and have considerable experience in managing and delivering strategic and commercial advice to organisations dealing with multi-jurisdictional issues.

I speak regularly at seminars, MBA programmes and training events for clients, students and other lawyers. I am also frequently asked to provide comment on employment law issues by news media outlets and have appeared on the Today Programme, BBC News, ITV News, talkRadio and CNN.
