I am a paralegal at the Employment, Immigration and Rewards team at Lewis Silkin.
Prior to moving to the UK, I lived and studied in Madrid. I graduated from City, University of London in 2020 with an LLB (Hons). During my law degree, I had studied abroad in University of Technology Sydney, Australia, for a semester.
I successfully completed the LLM LPC in Professional Legal Practice recently at the University of Law, Moorgate with a Distinction.
At Lewis Silkin, I am supporting fee earners within the Employment team and the Spanish Desk.
Litigation
Currently, I am working on High Court claims and Employment Tribunal claims involving financial services.
Advisory work
I work closely with fee earners within the Employment team who are advising to financial services, travel and professional services on various matters such as general employment issues in employment contracts and settlement agreements, Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2016 (TUPE) and Redundancy.
International
I work with Spanish clients who have an established presence in the UK. I also support international work by responding to translational queries from fee earners and clients in English and Spanish.
Business development
I also do business development matters in the Spanish Desk.

I am part of the Diversity and Inclusion, specifically the Social Mobility strand and the Race & Ethnicity strand.
