I have worked as an employment solicitor for over five years. I advise businesses from a variety of sectors on employment issues facing their business, including individual and collective redundancy consultations, TUPE transfers and employment issues arising in corporate transactions, and disciplinary and grievance issues. I advise companies on defending Employment Tribunal claims including in relation to unfair dismissal and discrimination claims.
