I advise businesses from a variety of sectors on employment issues facing their business, including individual and collective redundancy consultations, TUPE transfers and employment issues arising in corporate transactions, and disciplinary and grievance issues. I advise companies on defending Employment Tribunal claims including in relation to unfair dismissal and discrimination claims.

I have worked with clients across many different sectors and work with my clients to understand the practical and commercial considerations of any given issue to strategically advise on the best approach to reach the best solution.

Sectors I previously worked with include the hospitality industry, in particular I acted for a number of luxury hotels. I also frequently worked with clients in the construction industry, advising on many tribunal claims for them and on their negotiations with the trade union.
