About

I am a Partner and Head of the Employment practice in our Hong Kong office. I have been working with clients to provide practical and strategic employment advice for nearly two decades.

I advise on a full range of employment law issues including redundancies, bonus entitlement disputes, team moves, data privacy, and complex discrimination and sexual harassment cases. I also advise clients on investigations brought by the Labour Department and the Equal Opportunities Commission, and provide full coverage advice on issues relating to global mobility and immigration.

My clients include multinationals and high net worth individuals and they come from a wide range of industry sectors including financial services, luxury retail and technology.
