I am an associate in Lewis Silkin’s Employment Team, based in Manchester. I studied Law at King’s College London and completed my LPC and MSc in Legal Practice in 2022.

I advise HR and management teams on a range of both contentious and non-contentious matters, across a wide range of sectors nationally and internationally. I previously worked as a Senior Policy Advisor at the Ministry of Justice providing policy advice on judicial and constitutional matters and have advised on commercial contracts and procurement as a Commercial Policy Advisor at the Department for Transport.

In my role as Associate provide advice on all employment and HR matters, including disciplinary procedures, settlement agreements, dismissals and other employee management concerns. I also advise on the negotiation and drafting of employment contracts and reviewing internal policies and procedures on behalf of companies.

I manage and run Employment Tribunal claims, including claims for unfair dismissal, unlawful deduction from wages, whistleblowing and discrimination.

I am also part of Lewis Silkin’s Investigations group, and assist with independent workplace investigations for large, international businesses dealing with sensitive internal complains.

Outside of work I regularly volunteer with the Pankhurst Trust and Manchester Women’s Aid.
