I am an Associate in the Employment, Immigration and Reward division. I assist clients on contentious and non-contentious employment matters. I focus on handling employment related disputes, including cases relating to unreasonable and unlawful dismissal, breach of restrictive covenants, employee misconduct, claims for employee shares and bonuses, and workplace discrimination and harassment. I also have experience handling commercial litigation disputes.
On the advisory side, I provide comprehensive advice to both individuals and companies on pre-employment and post-employment matters, including employment terms and conditions, termination and separation agreements, post termination restrictions, workplace investigations, and data privacy matters.
On the IP side, I have assisted clients in disputes relating to trade mark, designs and copyright infringement.
I am fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
