I'm a Senior Lawyer in the LS Assist team.
As an experienced commercial solicitor, I have a real passion for helping businesses thrive and prosper. I enjoy working with my clients to truly understand their business, so they may enjoy maximum value from my services.
I have a broad range of experience in the legal world, having previously run my own boutique commercial law practice, which I later merged with a larger, full-service firm in Worcestershire, whereupon I became Equity Partner and Head of Commercial. I have also worked as an In-House Lawyer advising on commercial contracts at a FTSE 250 international consultancy group, and at a FTSE 100 multi-national utility giant in a Contract Strategy role.
I have advised across a wide portfolio of industries, including professional services, IT & technology, recruitment, property, events, media and manufacturing.
