I am a dual part-qualified patent attorney within the Creators, Makers and Innovators’ division of Lewis Silkin. I joined in March 2021 and mainly handle Mechanical, Electrical and Software patent prosecution and drafting. I have an MSci in Physics from the University of Nottingham and a MSc in Management of Intellectual Property from Queen Mary University of London. I am a member of the IP & ME Community of IP Inclusive and am actively pursuing a role in the Diversity and Inclusion Committee of CIPA.
With a background in physics, my main experience is in prosecuting patents across aerospace, autonomous vehicles, augmented reality and medical devices.
Additionally, I have conducted due diligence reports prior to onboarding of new clients and have know-how of trademark and design applications.
I am familiar with telecommunications standards and mapping claim charts on Standard Essential Patents from my involvement in various litigation proceedings
