Planning and Regulatory

I advise on all aspects of planning and regulatory work both inside and outside of London. I act for a wide range of clients including individuals, companies, utility providers and local authorities. I have undertaken a secondment at one of the UK’s water undertakers providing both general regulatory advice as well as specialised advice on drought management regulations. I also provide specialist advice on pollution, waste and water management and environmental permits.

Real Estate

I help to advise both landlords and tenants on a variety of different commercial property transactions including the drafting and negotiation of a range of leases, licences and other property agreements. I have also assisted on major re-development and urban regeneration schemes.

French Desk

I speak French and I am an integral part of the French Desk at Lewis Silkin which provides advice for our international clients.
