I help to advise both landlords and tenants on a variety of different commercial property transactions including the drafting and negotiation of a range of leases, licences and other property agreements. I act for corporates, local authorities, investment portfolios, utility providers, household brands, media giants and overseas entities on a range of matters including HQ moves, portfolio management, regenerations projects, acquisitions, and disposals.    

Planning and Regulatory

I have expertise in planning and regulatory work both inside and outside of London and I have undertaken a secondment at one of the UK’s water undertakers providing both general regulatory advice as well as specialised advice on drought management regulations and environmental consents. 

French Desk

I speak French and I am an integral part of the French Desk at Lewis Silkin which provides advice for our international clients.
