About

I have advised (and negotiated on behalf of) clients on a wide range of employment law issues for over 10 years. I also frequently undertake investigations.

I work with large multinationals as well as smaller companies and individuals in a variety of sectors including retail, law, manufacturing, media and technology. I have a particular interest in and knowledge of disability discrimination and reasonable adjustments, TUPE transfers, pensions automatic enrolment and holiday pay matters. Alongside regular handling of Employment Tribunal claims, I provide strategic advice with a focus on practical solutions that achieve my clients' goals.

I am a member of the Employment Lawyers Association (ELA) and, separately, volunteer my time pro bono or as a reading mentor when I can.
