As part of the rockhopper team, I advise medium and large businesses on a variety of day-to-day employment issues. These range from grievances, disciplinaries, performance management, sickness absence, redundancy, settlements and family friendly provisions. My focus is on delivering highly responsive and client focussed advice to our helpline clients.

In addition to advisory work on the rockhopper helpline, I have experience defending Employment Tribunal claims, primarily in relation to unfair dismissal, discrimination, breach of contract and whistleblowing.

I graduated from the University of Manchester with a degree in Law with Politics. I undertook my LPC at Manchester's BPP.
