I bring over 10 years of human resources and employee relations experience from my prior career within a US headquartered global technology company and am a Chartered Member of the CIPD. My unique insight into the day-to-day realities of HR and ER enables me to deliver practical and commercial advice to help clients navigate through complex employee relations issues, such as disciplinary and grievance issues, restructuring, global acquisitions and exits.

My clients come from a wide range of industry sectors, including finance, technology, professional services and law firms, to name a few. Much of my work has an international element to it, and I often work closely with colleagues in other jurisdictions to navigate cross-border matters.

  • Acting for a variety of employers in the Employment Tribunal on all types of employment litigation including unfair dismissal, discrimination, and whistleblowing
  • Navigating complex disciplinary issues, grievances and sensitive exits
  • Advising on post-termination restrictive covenant issues for clients in financial services across multiple jurisdictions in EMEA and APAC
  • Providing expert employment law due diligence, transactional support and post-integration advice on M&A deals
  • Managing redundancy and restructuring programmes
