I been an employment lawyer for over five years and advise both employers and senior executives on a range of contentious and non-contentious matters. My advisory work includes day-to-day employee issues such as dismissals, grievances and disciplinaries as well as more strategic structural and organisational support. My litigation experience focuses largely on complex Employment Tribunal claims involving whistleblowing, harassment, discrimination as well as unfair dismissal. I am also experienced in negotiating departure terms. A lot of my clients work in the professional services sector and some of them are partnerships.
