I have worked as an employment lawyer for over a decade, advising organisations and individuals on a variety of employment law matters, both contentious and non-contentious, including contracts of employment, variation and withdrawal of contractual benefits, management of disciplinary and grievance procedures, redundancy and restructuring, dispute resolution, data protection and the defence of proceedings at the Industrial and Fair Employment Tribunals.
In my current role as a Senior Practice Development Lawyer, I am part of a team of specialist lawyers who help keep our clients and colleagues on top of developments in employment law and who provide tools and training to ensure that our colleagues excel in their roles. I am focussed on using my previous experience as a Senior Associate at Lewis Silkin to help my colleagues deliver a first-class service to our clients.
