About

I am a Senior Associate in our market leading international employment law practice.

I advise employers and individuals on the full range of employment legal issues but with particular experience advising on complex litigation involving restrictive covenant breaches, team moves, breaches of confidentiality and whistleblowing allegations. I have experience of litigating in the High Court, Arbitral Tribunals and Employment Tribunals and I regularly work on matters involving parallel proceedings including in overseas jurisdictions.

I also have an interest in and experience of advising on issues connected with the deployment of AI in the workplace.

I have a Masters degree from the University of Edinburgh and legal qualifications from BPP Law School.

Experience

Employment litigation

  • Advising an international manufacturing business on a long-running and high-profile whistleblowing claim brought by their former senior legal officer. This included parallel proceedings to obtain a High Court injunction for delivery up of confidential information
  • Advising an international financial services business on confidential team move proceedings in the London Court of International Arbitration
  • Advising an international life sciences business on obtaining an interim injunction to enforce a non-compete restriction against a departing senior executive. The judgment in our client's favour was reported on the front page of the Financial Times

Employment

  • Advising on the drafting and enforcement of restrictive covenants
  • Advising on performance management and exit negotiations involving senior executives including where there are allegations of discrimination or whistleblowing
  • Advising on complex HR matters involving multi-jurisdictional projects, TUPE processes and large-scale restructuring
