I joined Lewis Silkin in September 2019 as an Associate in the Real Estate team.
I joined as an Associate in the Real Estate team after completing my training contract at another law firm in Cardiff.
During my training contract, I gained experience in both commercial property and corporate as well as undertaking a client secondment.
Real Estate
I help to advise both landlords and tenants on a variety of different commercial property transactions including the drafting and negotiation of a range of leases, licences and other property agreements. From my training, I also have experience in assisting on the property due diligence process for large Corporate acquisitions including both reviewing any property documents provided and reporting this review back to clients.
Advertising & Marketing
I am a member of the Advertising and Marketing sector focus group. I am interested in advertising and marketing and am therefore keen to assist clients in this sector with their portfolio of real estate.
