Lewis Silkin promotes three to partner across Employment and Commercial practices

Leading law firm Lewis Silkin today announces the promotion of David Samuels, David Hopper and Alan Hunt to its partnership, adding further strength to the firm’s market-leading Employment and Commercial practices.
David Samuels
David is an employment law specialist, advising on both contentious and non-contentious issues for clients, with particular expertise in matters involving team moves, the appropriation of confidential information and the applicability of restrictive covenants.
David Hopper
David specialises in industrial relations and collective employment law. He regularly advises employers on strategies for engaging with their trade unions and other employees’ representatives, and on the implementation of complex business reorganisations, business transfers and labour cost reductions.
Alan Hunt
Alan is a commercial lawyer specialising in the drafting and negotiation of commercial and technology contracts and the development, protection and exploitation of intellectual property assets. He is Deputy Co-Head of the firm's Media & Entertainment group and Co-founder of Lewis Silkin’s network for decision makers of luxury, lifestyle and premium brand businesses – The Collective by Lewis Silkin.
