Lewis Silkin has advised the shareholders of specialist infrastructure communications firm, Copper Consultancy (“Copper”), on an agreement with RSK Group.
Copper specialises in building understanding and acceptance of infrastructure projects with the public, stakeholders, the media, government and elected representatives, while helping organisations to protect and enhance their reputations. The agreement will enable Copper to continue an ambitious strategy in the years to come, enabling access to new markets and clients. For RSK, a global leader in sustainable solutions, it enables it to offer an even broader range of specialist services to the infrastructure industry.
The Lewis Silkin cross-practice team was led by Corporate partner, Jo Evans, with support from Tax partner Matthew Rowbotham, Employment partner, Richard Moore, Commercial and IP legal director, Nick Allan, and Associates - Jack Baldwin and Aimee Dring.
