Lewis Silkin has advised international engineering and consulting group, Systra Limited, on its acquisition of TSP Projects.
Systra is a recognised world leader in mobility and mass transit, with a 60-year history, and a presence in more than 80 countries. Engineering News-Record ranks SYSTRA in the top five mass transit and rail international design firms and among the 50 largest engineering firms in the world.
The acquisition of TSP Projects will which will double the size of Systra’s UK & Ireland operations and the combined business will provide clients with a complete end-to-end service spanning every aspect of rail projects, as well as specialist understanding of mobility and complex infrastructure.
The Lewis Silkin team was led by corporate partner Fergus Payne and supported by tax partner, Matthew Rowbotham, and corporate associate, Jack Baldwin.
