Lewis Silkin French Desk has advised Havas on its acquisition of acquisition of Cicero Group

Lewis Silkin has advised Havas, one of the world's largest global communications groups, on its acquisition of Cicero Group.
Cicero will integrate into AMO, Havas Group’s global strategic advisory network, and will rebrand as Cicero/AMO. Cicero/AMO is a full-service communications and market research agency, specialising in corporate PR, public affairs, market research and digital communications.
The Lewis Silkin team was led by corporate partner Paul Rajput and supported by tax partner Matthew Rowbotham, corporate senior associate Susie Jarrold and corporate associate Jack Baldwin. This is the second acquisition in 3 months that Lewis Silkin’s market leading M&A practice have advised Havas on.
