Lewis Silkin has advised Mother, leading creative agency, on its minority investment in °Small World.
°Small World is an agency whose innovative approach is to curate “micro agency” teams to respond to specific briefs for clients, including Converse, LinkedIn and OnlyFans. °Small World was set up in 2021 by former Dark Horse employees Dan Salkey and Harvey Austin. The team will now join the Mother family at the Biscuit Building.
Lewis Silkin’s team was led by Jo Evans, Partner and Chair and Joe Lythgoe, Corporate Senior Associate, with support from Corporate Associates Gabriella Jack and Sophie Massing.
The transaction follows Mother’s recent investment into Run Deep where Lewis Silkin also acted as advisors.
Commenting, Jo Evans said:
We are delighted to have been able to support Mother on welcoming °Small World into its family and are excited to see what Mother and °Small World are able to achieve together. As always, it was a privilege to work alongside the hugely talented Mother team.
