Lewis Silkin has advised Cloud Made on the the sale of its artificial intelligence framework, machine learning models, intellectual property rights and patents to one of the world’s leading automotive manufacturers, Stellantis.
This asset deal marks a significant step in bolstering Stellantis' software strategy, particularly supporting the mid-term development of STLA SmartCockpit. The AI-powered framework developed by CloudMade is recognised as an industry-leading solution for collecting and analysing automotive data sets.
CloudMade’s framework architecture enables the maximisation of data value through personalised learning, fleet learning, and cohort learning approaches. These capabilities will support Stellantis' strategy to develop intelligent mobility products, enhancing customer experiences with personalised features.
The team was led by Corporate Partners Geraint Tilsley and Paul Rajput with support from Stacy Treharne.
