Lewis Silkin has advised Christine Costello, the owner of event cinema business More2Screen, on a sale to Trafalgar Releasing.
The team was led by Corporate Managing Associate Barnaby Stokes, with support from Tax Partner Matthew Rowbotham and Corporate Associate Joe Lythgoe.

More2Screen’s most recent release “42nd Street: The Musical”, starring Bonnie Langford, has so far grossed over £1.1m at the UK box office and its other recent hits include the Screen Award winning release of “Everybody’s Talking About Jamie”, which also surpassed £1m at the UK box office.
