Lewis Silkin has advised Next 15 Group plc, the growth consultancy, on Transform UK Consulting’s acquisition of Cadence Innova, the London-based change and transformation consultancy.
Transform UK, the technology and data consultancy, has acquired Cadence Innova. This new acquisition aims to support the growth of the public sector arm of Transform UK’s business with the addition of Cadence Innova’s expertise in public service transformation and advising both central and local government, rail and road industries.
