Lewis Silkin announces Anthony Van Hoffen as real estate partner

LONDON – Top 100 UK law firm Lewis Silkin LLP today announces the appointment of Anthony Van Hoffen as a partner in the firm’s Real Estate legal practice group.
Anthony joins Lewis Silkin from Eversheds Sutherland where he was a partner in their London Real Estate team and the Head of their London Corporate Responsibility team. Previous to this, he worked with Slaughter and May, where he qualified as a solicitor in 1999. In addition to his experience in the UK, Anthony is also admitted as a solicitor in Ireland, and as an attorney, notary and conveyancer in South Africa.
Specialising in major commercial developments as well as infrastructure and regeneration projects, Anthony brings with him extensive experience in advising developers, investors and public bodies on significant, large-scale projects and development financing. He has advised on a number of iconic development projects, including the regeneration of the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park, the redevelopment of Waterloo station and the proposed regeneration of the British Library.
