Lewis Silkin advises the founders of TCMM Shutter Group on its acquisition by Mzuri Group

Lewis Silkin has advised the founders of UK & US based TCMM Shutter Group on its acquisition by Mzuri Group, one of the leading companies in the window blind industry.
TCMM, founded in 2002 has become one of the UK’s largest interior wood shutter distributors with an additional operation in the USA under their Shutter Store brand.
The TCMM Shutter Group will continue to operate independently under current management, with its headquarters remaining in Brighton, UK and Las Vegas, Nevada.
The Lewis Silkin team was led by corporate partner Karish Andrews, with support from corporate tax partner, Matthew Rowbotham and corporate associate, Joe Lythgoe.
Commenting on the deal, Murray Clark, Managing Director of TCMM said:
